Nose:
Ripe, burnt cherry with smokey bacon fat, and a touch of tobacco store.
Palate:
Full bodied with smooth, round tannin. Powerful notes of roasted cherry, pine, vanilla and Christmas spices. Very smooth and velvety finish. It’s drinking great right now.
